The Maple Center is a nonprofit integrative health education center that offers classes and workshops in mind, body, and spirit approaches to optimal wellness. We support and honor the individual's rights to a voice in his or her own health care and to be informed about, and have access to, effective complementary treatment approaches.

The Maple Center offers workshops in preventive strategies to maintain health, and unique programs for those challenged by cancer and chronic illness. This includes programs on healthy lifestyle and nutrition.

The Maple Center also houses the independent practices of professionals trained in a variety of integrative treatments, such as acupuncture, music therapy, integrative medicine, neuromuscular integration, therapeutic massage, nutritional counseling, health coaching, and therapeutic touch.

Are you looking for natural support to help with your addiction recovery?

We are offering Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture and (Y12SR) Recovery Yoga

Cost: Free

Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture: Auricular acupuncture is the stimulation of acupuncture points on the external ear surface. It is available twice per week as a walk in service. You will sit quietly for 30-45 minutes after needle placement in a group setting. Acupuncture performed by Debbie Stevens.

Recovery Yoga (Y12SR): Yoga of 12-Step Recovery meetings are now available. Offered each Wednesday evening from 6-7pm. A holistic model where you learn how to use sustainable practices to self-regulate, support long-term recovery, and enhance physical, mental & spiritual well-being.
